Capital One had a tough ask: Get customers to champion their credit cards and use that advocacy to attract new cardholders. To do this, we dug into why certain cardholders chose Venture or Quicksilver and flipped the conversation to be more about them and less about the actual credit card.

#TeamVenture values experience, travel and gaming the system. #TeamQuicksilver are savvy savers who like no-nonsense rewards. We took to the streets with Ross Mathews to help people determine which team was right for them.

 

Define Your Dream

People lump banks together. Maybe one has a slightly better rate, but in general, the consensus is: a bank is a bank. Capital One wanted to change that perception, and show how they have the financial tools and services to support peoples’ dreams no matter how unconventional. Our creative team came up with Define Your Dream—a campaign featuring the stories of real customers who’ve defied the odds and defined success on their own terms.
